Interface and software

The flagship runs on the basis of the installed operating system - Android 8.1 Oreo and the graphical shell - ColorOS 5.0 / 5.2. The default operating system is almost clean, without a ton of unnecessary programs. The fingerprint sensor built into the display works quickly and accurately.

Also, the phone has a built-in application that controls gesture settings. If earlier you had to download a paid program, now it's here, in the settings. If you have two SIM cards, you can duplicate messengers, accounts in social networks. It helps to separate personal from work life.

Camera

One of the strengths of these models is the 24-megapixel front camera, with good stabilization and focus. Creates high-quality pictures regardless of the amount of light. Sharpness and detail do not fall when shooting at night.

The autonomy of the device is supported by a fairly capacious battery - 3500 mAh. Its charge is enough for a decent time. When watching online movies or games for a long time, the smart lasts for about 12 hours, in normal mode up to 18.

Surprisingly, both smartphones were announced at affordable prices: Oppo R17 - $500, and R17 Pro - $650. Many gadgets with similar characteristics and even lower are more expensive, this fact will play in favor of the popularity of the released models.
