Working with a contract

Warranty service is prescribed for the next 5 years. The contract provides for the conditions for the performance of work, terms and cost. The design project is offered as a gift.

Designer services

Can be provided separately from the repair order, or a basic design project is offered free of charge.

Price

Divided into packages:

• Cosmetic (from 3000 rub/m2)
• "New building" (from 5000 rubles / m2)
• Capital (from 6000 rub/m2)
• Renovation (from 6500 rub/m2)
• Elite renovation (from 10,000 rubles/m2)

Additional advantages are a permanent discount for owners of new apartments in rough finish at 15% of the cost. At the request of the customer, for all types of repairs (except cosmetic), a stretch ceiling can be installed free of charge.

Useful advice

When choosing a company that will make repairs in an apartment, you should not pay attention to the name of the service packages and general comments of the supplier. The most reasonable choice policy will be a comparison of specific prices, quantity and quality of services provided and, of course, real customer reviews who have already used the construction company.
