It is called Smart Things and transforms a multimedia-type tablet PC into the control center of a smart home. The tablet software can be used to control smart home components. It is worth noting that the option provides an extensive list of manufacturers within one interface.

This approach eliminates the need for users to switch between programs from different manufacturers.According to Samsung, the feature already supports approximately 400 software products worldwide, not only from its own series, but also from other retailers such as Philips Hue, Netgear Arlo, Ring, and others.

Sound

2 speakers are integrated into the bottom section of the frame, which guarantees excellent sound. In addition, in 2019 they can reproduce surround-quality sound thanks to Dolby Atmos technology. It's not yet clear if spatial sound could make a difference in the market for this tablet PC.

The tablet got a headset jack, because Samsung still includes it in its own budget tablet PCs.
