Nevertheless, a number of disadvantages still stand out, which are offset by the advantages. The audience was satisfied, but can the device compete with the new products from Xiaomi and Huawei?

Considering the latest models from Samsung, the conclusion suggests itself that the brand has made the front camera embedded in the screen its chip. Early forecasts said that such technologies would be inherent only in flagship and mid-budget models, but the manufacturer boldly pushed all the limits and exceeded the expectations of its fans. This fact can be called the main and most impressive, which may affect the level of sales in the future.

Nevertheless, from the point of view of economy, it is difficult to find fault with such a solution, because the cost of a smartphone is appropriate. But even such arguments do not cheer up. The low resolution of 720x1560 pixels does not fit in with such a large diagonal, making it a serious disadvantage. Users during use will have a constant feeling that they have in their hands the cheapest product of the company.The graininess is annoying, and the highlights near the notch while watching a video greatly spoil the overall impression. Even the display parameters of Redmi 8, which does not differ in price, are much more impressive.

The quality of the main and front cameras

The brand, as a rule, pays special attention to the quality of photos and videos. The triple camera makes it necessary to study each of its components in more detail in order to understand how the manufacturer managed to meet the expectations of the audience.

However, first you should pay attention to the embedded front camera. The resolution of the front sensor was 8 megapixels. The parameters are not amazing, so there is no need to hope for ultra-clear pictures. But insufficient lighting significantly spoils the quality of photographs. For undemanding consumers, this option will be suitable, but lovers of high-quality shooting will definitely remain unsatisfied.

But sharper sensors are built into the main camera. The main resolution was 13 megapixels. The wide-angle camera boasts 5 megapixels. The resolution of the portrait sensor was 2 megapixels, which can not be called a high figure.

The main eye of the camera does not cause any complaints. Pictures come out saturated and retain natural colors. Due to the good aperture at night, maximum light is captured, which ensures higher quality photos. However, here lies the main disappointment. The wide-angle lens was not powerful enough. The conclusion suggests itself that the manufacturer preferred the simplest sensor. Yes, and portrait shooting did not please much, because. the depth sensor has not particularly outstanding parameters.

The presentation of the new model took place on March 14, 2020. However, exact statements about the release of the smartphone on sale and its final price have not been made.

It is expected that the price of the device in the initial configuration will be $140. In Russia, this value will be at least 13,000 rubles. But, as already mentioned, the amount of RAM in this configuration is too small, so you should expect a higher cost. 3 GB, according to preliminary estimates, will cost 15,000 rubles.

Should I give preference to the Samsung Galaxy A11 smartphone

Advanced users can't help but notice that the failure of 2018 has taken its toll on the company's development. The A-line of budget devices is essentially “dead”. Now we can observe the improvement of the situation, highlighting a number of advantages.

The direct competitor of the novelty is Redmi 8. But in comparison with the Chinese device, there are noticeable advantages, for example, a triple camera, the original design of the cutout for the front camera. This alignment increases the positive impressions of using the device.

But, despite a number of these facts, Redmi has been on sale for six months now, and sales are still at an acceptable level. But by the date of release of Samsung, the next model of a competitor may arrive in time, the expectations from which are very high. Therefore, buying A11 may not be a relevant decision. It seems to us that many buyers will prefer to wait for the presentation of models from the main competitors in order to compare the cost and parameters.
