Yeedi 2 Hybrid, like other similar models, is made in a large puck form factor. Some sensors are on the bottom, and almost the entire circumference is allocated to the cliff sensors, so you don’t have to worry about accidental falls.
The wheel tread is also made in the original form factor: here, in addition to the “evil” picture, there is also a soft core. This suggests that when driving, the wheel will flow around the coating, thereby increasing the adhesion patch with the surface. The plastic platform is fixed in the water tank with latches - it can be removed only after removing the tank. It is placed behind, in the direction of travel. The capacity of the water tank is only 240 ml, but this is more than enough to restore order in a 2-room apartment at an average level of water consumption. Since at startup you can specify where to do wet cleaning, and where only dry cleaning, this volume should be enough for larger rooms.
The container is placed in the housing along the guides and fixed. On the body there is a valve for filling the tank with water, as well as a valve with an air chamber for supplying liquid to the vacuum cleaner. Under the cover is a paper manual on how to prepare the device for the first use and how to pair it with a smartphone. After successfully connecting to the mobile device, the white LED indicator lights up.
The cleaning brush is conveniently located under the top cover, so that it is always at hand if, for example, the tank needs to be cleaned. There is a brush on one side and a hair removal cutter on the other.The tank is equipped with a locking mechanism, so during installation and operation it does not dangle, while being extremely attracted to the body. To remove it, you need to pull the handle, after which it will smoothly disconnect. At the top there is a quick guide to cleaning the tank. After removing it, excess debris does not fall out of it, since there is a valve in the inlet window. On the other side are coarse and fine filters.
The model has a Wi-Fi unit, which is used for remote control through the program. Authorization in the application is performed with further storage of information in the cloud service.

This hybrid robot vacuum does a great job of breaking through the barriers that come its way. It easily overcomes thresholds 2 cm high, as the manufacturer assured.
The model identifies dark floors as a difference in height, which should be taken into account, while dark brown stripes on carpets are not a problem for him. This gadget, like most other robotic vacuum cleaners, is only afraid of black carpets.
Robot vacuum cleaners navigate in space thanks to sensors. It is the sensors that exclude the possibility of falling "smart" equipment, for example, from the stairs. If the floor covering is too dark, then the robot identifies such a place as a difference in height. To avoid falling, the devices do not drive into such places.

This is an average noise among all equipment of this kind, however, taking into account the high power of the device, the result is excellent.

At the maximum suction power, the model will work for a little more than 1.5 hours, which is equivalent to cleaning 78 square meters. m. Enabling the wet cleaning mode has almost no effect on the duration of the functioning of the gadget offline.
In standard mode, the robot is enough for 200 minutes of work. This is exactly the amount stated by the manufacturer. It takes 6 hours to recharge from the docking station (20 W). The device remembers the area where it left for recharging, so then it starts cleaning exactly in the place where it was interrupted “to rest”.
The shortcomings that we pointed out are completely uncritical for most users, but in general, the Yeedi 2 Hybrid is a very exemplary model in terms of functionality, performance and low price.
