Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark III digital camera review

The camera uses a Live MOS 4/3” Four Thirds C-MOS sensor with a resolution of 16.1 megapixels and an eight-core TruePic VIII processor. Video recording is possible in 4K 30/25/24p, as well as Full HD 60/50/30/25/24p. The light sensitivity range is from ISO to ISO 25600. The camera is equipped with a five-axis image stabilization system and contrast-type autofocus, which has 121 (11x11) zones.

Main technical characteristics

Screen with a diagonal of 3 inches and a resolution of 1.04 megapixels. The display rotates up to 100 degrees and down to 45 degrees, which will ensure comfortable work with the camera. Thanks to the touch screen, it is not difficult to control the device and makes it almost no different from a smartphone: focusing, zooming, scrolling through the footage. The camera is equipped with an electronic viewfinder with a resolution of 2.36 megapixels, on which all information from the screen is also duplicated.

Above the lens is a built-in flash, it is raised and lowered manually.The main controls are located on the top panel of the device on the right, on the left there is only the power lever and the context menu button. On the right side of the case, under the cover, there are micro-HDMI and micro-USB connectors, headphone outputs and an external microphone are not provided.
