As of December, even the exact dimensions of the smartphone are unknown, but based on the fashion of recent months and the screen diagonal, which was all 6.6 inches, we can conclude that in 2020 we will have a new “rephone” or “under-tablet”. Following the same logic, we assume that the coating of the novelty will also be far from cheap plastic, but at least durable aluminum or tempered glass (if you're lucky).

In the first case, we are in for a big disappointment, since the back panel is decorated with a bright gloss, which, in tandem with flimsy materials, in addition to beautiful overflows, will also show greasy fingerprints. With glass and aluminum, the situation looks much more rosy, especially since they are less susceptible to scratches and falls. Strictly in the center of the body is a vertical row of cameras, which means that the fingerprint is transformed into an optical one (through a sensor).

Things are much more mysterious with the display. It is possible that the protection column will appear after the official release, but at the moment the screen has neither a protective glass nor an oleophobic coating, and for flagships this is a particularly painful topic. To help version 10, the brand sent an exemplary novelty - ColorOS 7. She saw the light at the end of November. According to the developers, Realme x50 easily loads heavy 3D games (in particular shooters), such as World of Tanks and Pubg 9. At the same time, the phone case practically does not heat up. It was possible to achieve such heights due to 8 nimble cores Kryo 475 Prime, Kryo 475 Gold and Kryo 475 Silver, delivering a frequency of up to 2 Hz. About 16 centimeters in length and 8 in width of a bright screen is difficult to provide 4000 thousand mAh, no matter how hard the Realme x50 tries. Its energy would be enough for 14 hours of active use of applications, the Internet, as well as 32 hours of standby mode. At full brightness, it plays video for no more than 10 hours. Only one BUT separates the novelty from the failure - the fast charging function, which allows you to charge your phone twice as fast.

Camera

Once again, to make sure that Realme is a global brand, we are helped by the magic numbers that the cameras of the x50 model were awarded. The total value reached a record 108 megapixels!

The main camera consists of a block of 4 sensors. The main one shoots at a resolution of 60 megapixels (remember, Realm was the first to introduce a phone with this value back in 2018). Of course, the manufacturers have implemented the latest innovations of 2018-2019 in it, for example, 16:9 widescreen shooting, straight from Hollywood films. As for night photos, the proven f/1.8 aperture has already shown itself in other models.Together with the flash, it helps to capture unforgettable moments in the right light and focus. This is followed by a 13MP secondary camera with 5x optical zoom and a 130mm lens for 4K video recording. The remaining two 8 megapixels and 2 megapixels are traditionally given over to panorama and macro, respectively.

As for the front camera, the developers have seriously worked with it, because the quality of the selfie is 16 megapixels, while the aperture was chosen not by the most primitive (f / 2.0), but by a tolerable f / 1.2. The combination of characteristics produces a juicy photo with more than a million shades.

Despite excellent values ​​in many aspects, the additional memory has not received the attention of the brand. The flagship supports memory cards up to a maximum of 128 GB, while there is no separate SD-card slot.
